This Security Policy is guided by the Addicon Logistics’ basic core values, code of conduct, business ethics and supply chain security standards.
All security operation activities must adhere to the principles laid as per below:
“Incident prevention” will be always our first consideration for all staff and contractors when handling the supply chain process;
All employees and contractors must always be alert for the security aspects of all business activities;
Threats analysis and risk evaluations shall be conducted on a regular basis;
Security procedures and guidelines shall be seamlessly integrated into business activities;
Security measures and procedures must be subjected to regular inspections, validations and verifications by security auditor in order to maintain a high security standards;
Contingency plans must be developed and tested to deal with assessed risks;
Appropriate training plans, customer screening, recruitment, contracting and termination procedures must be established and implemented;
All incidents, including security breaches and irregularities must be reported and recorded. Corrective action should be taken and followed up through regular verifications to improve the overall security standard.
This Security Policy will be reviewed, and if necessary revised, annually to keep up to date and will be released on our company website.
